Data Deletion Instructions
If you signed in to ShepherdCount using Facebook Login and would like us to delete the data associated with your account, you have two options:
Option 1 — Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to ShepherdCount at shepherdcount.com/login.
- Go to Profile → Security.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 90 days.
Option 2 — Email us
If you no longer have access to your account, email us at support@shepherdcount.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your ShepherdCount account. We will delete your data and confirm completion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your ShepherdCount account and login credentials
- Your name, email address, and any contact information you provided
- Any personal profile data linked to your account
Note: Church-level records (attendance, training, etc.) that you entered on behalf of your church are managed by the church administrator and are not automatically deleted when your account is removed.
